Our church leaders do so much to help their community. They donate to those in need. They offer a shoulder to cry on. They prepare sermons and lessons to guide us. As you pray for everyone else in your community, do not forget to pray for the ecclesiastical leaders in your life. I humbly thank you for your grace and mercy as I work to improve my relationship with you. I pray now for the leader of my congregation. I pray that you will watch over their health. Keep them from injury and illness. Please keep them safe so that they may continue to guide our congregation on the paths of righteousness. Bless them that they will have the energy to teach and serve without growing weary. Bless them with the fortitude and endurance to carry on, even when they may be tired.
