Saying a prayer for hopeless situations can sometimes feel like a waste of time but God carries us through our toughest moments. It is easy to pray when everything is going well but Christians are faced with persecution and struggles that He can help us through.
Everyone has feelings of hopelessness and despair. There are times when things feel like they couldn’t get any worse. Those are the times that you have to remember that if you are alive and breathing, there is always time to make things better.
It may be hard to realize that, but know that there are so many people who are feeling the same way as you. I need help to get through this time in my life, to be there for myself and for my family. I need to ask that you forgive of my transgressions, that you forgive me my mistakes. God has granted you the wisdom and the power of Saint Jude, the honor of being the patron of people in their time of need. I will try my very best to show my appreciation and devotion to you Oh Lord.
