Sometimes, we cannot avoid situations where someone can hurt us, may it be a stranger, someone you love, a family member, or a friend. The process of healing from deep wounds caused by someone who has hurt you is not an easy road.
Healing from such requires forgiveness for the pain caused. You can only learn to move forward when you have learned to let go of the hurt. Praying for that person who has hurt you in whatever way may be difficult as well. The best thing to do is to surrender to God and trust in His divine plan.

Bible Verses and Scripture for Someone Who Has Hurt You
For I know the plans I have for you, declares the Lord, plans for welfare and not for evil, to give you a future and a hope. – Jeremiah 29:11
There are few things in life that are more difficult than forgiving someone who has hurt us. It can be easy to wallow in anger and pain, nursing our wounds and feeling like victims.
Especially with some kinds of hurt (like having to pray for the forgiveness of adultery). However, as this verse from Jeremiah reminds us, we need to trust that God has a plan for us. Forgiveness is not easy, but it is always worth it.
Not only does it allow us to move on from the hurt, but it also allows us to see the other person in a new light. Instead of focusing on their mistakes, we can see them as a human being who is struggling just like we are. Someone who made a mistake, just like we do.
He heals the brokenhearted and binds up their wounds. – Psalm 147:3
When we are hurt by someone we trusted, it can feel like our hearts have been shattered into pieces. It can seem impossible to forgive.
However, the Bible tells us that God is the ultimate healer of broken hearts. He has the power to bind up our wounds and make us whole again. With His help, we can learn to forgive those who have hurt us, and move on with our lives.
This does not mean that the pain will disappear completely but if we follow the teachings of Jesus and the word of God we can start to forgive and allow you both to heal and move on.
