If you’ve ever had to be in the hospital, even if it was for something joyous such as the birth of a child, you know that for some reason just walking through the doors can give you a sense of unease. That’s just for the people visiting.

Heavenly Father, I ask that you help all of those afraid and confused this night as they enter the hospital for the first time. It can be overwhelming to be in a new place for the first time, but also when one’s health is at risk.
Be with their family, especially if they cannot be with them during their stay. I ask that this person be able to recover soon and get back to the comforts of their own home as soon as your grace allows.
