Know this, my beloved brothers: let every person be quick to hear, slow to speak, slow to anger.
As much as possible, we should pray and let the Lord into our hearts. If there is something for which we are grateful, we should express our thanks and praise God. It is much simpler for us to silence our hearts before God while we pray this way. As long as the circumstances allow, we shall be able to practice quieting our hearts before God whenever and wherever, regardless of the circumstance or location.
