God meant for us to be in a loving relationship. Do not allow any temptation of the enemy to come between them. Instead, may they enjoy knowing each other deeply, and may they have a desire only for each other. And if they are not yet married, help them to keep their sexual purity. Give them a spirit of self-control and lead them away from situations that can cause them to stumble into sin. Bless them with rich blessings so that all their needs are met. Do not let finances be the stumbling block to their relationship. Instead, let them work together to be a channel of blessings for their family, friends, and the poor around them. Bless them with infinite mercy, patience, and understanding for the times when they make mistakes and hurt each other. Help them to forgive each other seven times seventy-seven times. Prevent them from speaking words that hurt and instead open their lines of communication with each other. May they create a home that is safe for each other. May they always support each other and keep their vows to love each other no matter the circumstance. May every stone they lay in the foundation of their relationship be laid on top of the stones laid by Jesus. May You guide them and be with them always, in Jesus’ name we pray.
