Our Loving Father, protect our children from sinful vices. Establish in them a strong awareness of what is right and wrong. Build in them a desire to always live for You. Keep them away from situations that will expose them to the practice of these vices. Protect them from the company of people who are addicted to alcohol, smoking, and prohibited drugs. Don’t let our children give in to the temptation of joining these people in the wrong things that they are doing. Remind them to continually prioritize you in their lives. Strengthen their resolve to resist earthly temptations and temporal pleasures. May they have a deep yearning to live holy, clean lives. Let their love for you be their driving force to stay away from destructive vices. And let Your love protect them from moral corruption. May they realize that vices are unhealthy and destructive.
